Intro
So this week we will be looking low in the Southern sky, and will be finding some of the most interesting open clusters in the sky, in the constellation of Canis Major, the large dog. Canis Major has many deep sky objects within its borders, as the Winter Milky Way runs through it, but it is primarily known for containing the brightest star in the entire sky, Sirius, the Dog Star. ..
